M.I.T. 100 Inflatable Personal Flotation Device by Mustang Survival
Bulky is bad and sleek is super. The Mustang Survival M. I. T. 100 Manual Activation Inflatable PFD meets your exacting standards of low profile and trim. If you're wade-fishing in the glades or putting the pontoon in for a water-bound BBQ, this slim vest won't get in the way of your burger flipping, and it'll offer a hit of protection in case things get out of control. Important caveats: you need to know how to swim for this PFD to jack for you; it is absolutely not designed for water skiing or other high-impact, high-speed (yeah, that means whitewater of any class) activities; and you must be at least 16 years old to wear it. Unlike traditional life vests, inflatable life jackets rely entirely on inflation for buoyancy. Since this PFD is a manually inflatable vest, that means until you inflate it, it won't keep you above water. When you find yourself in the drink after losing the battle with a sassy bass, grab the pull-tab and give a firm jerk downward to activate the CO2 cylinder. The PFD should inflate within 5 seconds. On the off chance you didn't inspect the vest or a mechanical malfunction occurs, you can inflate the vest yourself (by blowing it up). The tube rests within the left front panel, and with a huff and puff, you'll be sitting pretty atop the water. Once you've been fished out of the water and are ready to head home, deflate the M. I. T. 100. Reverse the oral inflation dust cap, and squeeze that PFD like it's a long-lost lover. Then, repack the inflation tube, making certain the inflator inspection window is not obscured. Once dry and completely flat, you can re-arm the PFD with a new canister of CO2 (re-arming kit and new canisters sold separately). Since this PFD sports a silhouette that makes most super-models jealous, you need to regularly check the integrity of what will end up saving your life: the inflation ability.

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. These are mountains of the imagination. Mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park where you can explore over two hundred miles of trails, float the Snake River or enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place.
The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
