Free Run 5.0 Running Shoe - Women's by Nike
The Nike Free Run 5. 0 Running Shoe is an ideal performer for your runs up to three miles in length. This latest iteration of the Free Run returns to its roots as a running shoe. It features a stripped-down upper with a single-layer stretch mesh that feels like a second skin. Its lightweight midsole has less foam than previous models and is 26% more flexible for free reign to flex your midfoot and splay your toes as you push off from the ground. The low profile design of the shoe allows you to keep in tune with the terrain and the way your body is moving for a more natural run.

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
