Rab designed the Women's Ascent 900 Sleeping Bag with wintry adventures ranging from Norwegian bivvy climbs to Scottish bothy tours. Its lofty, compressible down insulation has a special hydrophobic treatment that helps the down retain its lofty warmth when moisture builds in the tent. The shell's Pertex Quantum fabric has a DWR coating that beads moisture right off the bag, and it's ruggedly windproof to fend off any of winter's frigid chill. Rab sized the Ascent a bit wider than most mummy bags for wearing down insulators when it's really cold.
