Stigmata Carbon CC Rival 1x Complete Bike by Santa Cruz Bicycles
It's been a few years since Santa Cruz relaunched its Stigmata in carbon fiber, giving a plethora of riders a bike with amazing versatility over washboard riddled gravel roads, freshly laid asphalt, singletrack, and race tracks ranging from bandit, jungle cross courses all the way up to the World Cup level. When launched in 2015, drop bar disc brake bikes were mostly subject to mountain bike standards as evidence of its front 15mm thru-axle and post-mount disc brakes. But since that time, disc brake road bikes have become the norm and the growth of gravel riding and racing has exceeded everyone's expectations, creating a whole new segment of the market with its own discipline-specific components. So when the time came for a reboot, Santa Cruz evaluated the existing bike and decided to impart some new important features and details and modernize the beloved Stiggy to keep it on top of the all-road game. So whether you're looking to replace your Stigmata or get your first gravel/'cross/all-road bike, the Stigmata Carbon CC Rival 1x Complete Bike represents the most cost-effective way to buy a complete Stigmata. It's single chainring simplicity, powerful disc brakes, and well thought out component choices will make quick work of whatever terrain is under your tires. All of the new Stigmata frames sport Santa Cruz's top-shelf CC carbon lay-up, which delivers robust strength and stiffness alongside lightweight efficiency. The significantly revised carbon layup borrows knowledge gained from the mountain-going hardtail, the Highball, and knowledge gained when building Danny MacAskill's trials bike, to produce a ride yielding more compliance helping to smooth out the ride. Up front, the new Stigmata CC Fork uses the same high-end carbon for uncompromising stiffness and strength when you need it most and substitutes the old 15mm thru-axle for a more road and gravel appropriate 12mm one which also helps improve the ride quality. It receives some modern geometry tweaks th...

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
