The Revolt 124 Ski might be part of Volkl's freestyle collection, but it rebels against crowded terrain parks in search of more creative freestyling found on big mountains. The cliffs up there are bigger, the snow is softer, and the fallen trees are begging to be jibbed. At 124mm, this ski is the widest Revolt that Volkl makes, so it's undeniably a powder hound, but the rockered tip and tail have a twin tip shape that butters powder and maneuvers through the deeps whether you're riding switch or no. The twin tips are also tapered to ease turning in the soft stuff.Volkl made the Revolt out of a multilayer wood core composed mostly of poplar for light, poppy feel, and denser beech wood holds better binding retention overtime. Carbon stringers amplify this ski's stiffness without adding much weight, and full sidewalls protect this ski's edges for long-lasting durability. Sidewalls also assist in power transmission when the powder is heavier than usual.

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
