Product Description
Bottom Bracket Adapter - BB30/PF30 to SRAM GXP by Wheels Mfg
In the ever-expanding world of bottom brackets, we all just want to keep things as simple as possible. The designers at Wheels Manufacturing agree, and their BB30/PF30 to SRAM GXP Bottom Bracket Adapter aims to do just that. This adapter isn't picky -- it's compatible with almost any BB30 or PF30 frame with a SRAM/Truvativ crankset, including mountain or road bikes. Wheels Manufacturing uses engineering-grade Delrin resin plastic on the adapter, which is both lighter and quieter than aluminum -- something we can all appreciate. This adapter is simple enough to install on your own or with a trusted mechanic, as long as you're working with a bottom bracket shell measuring between 68 and 83mm wide. Once installed, use the two adapter shims as well as the included wide assortment of left and right spacers to ensure you won't have any play in the crank.
