Product Description
SB5 Beti Turq X01 Eagle Mountain Bike by Yeti Cycles
Bikes tend to reflect the towns where they were designed in terms of ride quality and capability. In the case of Yeti Cycles, being based in the mountain biking hub that is Golden Colorado is extremely beneficial, due to an esteemed collection of technical high elevation trails with long grueling climbs and endless rowdy descents. The SB5 was designed to conquer this kind of environment, and the SB5 Beti Turq X01 Eagle Mountain Bike brings this capable platform to riders who are smaller in stature thanks to the famous Beti shock tune. The Fox Factory DPS is specifically tuned to suit the needs of lightweight riders, noticeably improving rear wheel traction while climbing and descending for an improved feel over its standard SB5 sibling. Five inches of plush rear suspension offers plenty of support for highly technical rides in backcountry terrain while remaining extremely pedal-able. The Kashima coated link within the Switch Infinity design tracks through rocks, roots, and square-edge hits without sending any feedback into the ride feel, for a truly nuanced, floating sensation when flowing through the trail.Like its predecessor, the SB5 is versatile, lightweight, and truly excels in all kinds of terrain, but it did see some tweaks to update the geometry, making it even more capable than before. Starting at the front, the head tube angle was slacked out about a half a degree, to a long and low 66. 5-degrees, allowing for confidence inspiring geometry on descents. With the shift of the head tube, the seat tube was pushed forward, upping the angle to 73. 6-degrees (medium), keeping you forward in the cockpit for improved control on descents, as well as laying the power down on climbs. The rear end saw a big makeover, with the previously used 142mm non-boost hub spacing being stretched to a generous 148mm boost hub spacing. By widening the hub, not only does boost spacing allow for a stiffer wheel to be built, but it also clears up space closer to your seat tube, en...

The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
