Say goodbye to boring indoor cycling training sessions with a 1 Year Membership Card from Zwift. Through the use of a smart trainer or any trainer/rollers if your bike is equipped with ANT+ or a BLE power meter or speed and cadence sensors, a newer PC or Mac computer, compatible iOS device, or AppleTV, an ANT+/BLE dongle, and of course a Zwift subscription, you can ride routes inspired by Central London, the 2015 road World Championship course in Richmond, Virginia, or the virtual Zwift world of Watopia. In addition to eliminating the monotonous view of a basement wall for hours on end, structured workouts are available that are tailored to get you fit and maintain that fitness level during the cold months or any time you're facing a time crunch. You can train solo, or jump into a scheduled group workout with riders from all over the world. And just like riding with a group on club rides, having that regular group of riding partners will keep you competitive and motivated to ride, plus as you draft them, the effort is reduced just like the real thing. Perhaps our favorite feature of Zwift is the ability to upload workouts from TrainingPeaks and while using a smart trainer, the resistance is adjusted to the requirements of the training session allowing workouts to be followed easily all from the comfort of your own home.

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. These are mountains of the imagination. Mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park where you can explore over two hundred miles of trails, float the Snake River or enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place.
The pika is a close relative of the rabbits and hares, with two upper incisors on each side of the jaw, one behind the other. Being rock-gray in color, pikas are seldom seen until their shrill, metallic call reveals their presence.
